The short version
The self-assessment on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere, they never reach a server, and when you close the tab they are gone.
The only personal information we hold is an email address, and only if you give us one.
What runs in your browser and stays there
When you use the Baseline Mirror, the pillar scores, the target sheet or the food log, everything you type stays on your own device. The arithmetic runs in the browser. Nothing is transmitted, nothing reaches a server, and nothing outlives the browser tab — when you close the tab, your answers are gone.
This means we hold no health information about you at all. There is nothing for us to lose, sell, share or be compelled to hand over, because there is nothing here.
If you export your results as a PDF, that file is generated on your device and saved by you. We never see it.
The newsletter — the only personal data we hold
If you sign up for the newsletter we store:
- your email address
- the date you signed up, and the exact wording you agreed to
- which of our sites you signed up from
- whether you have confirmed your subscription, and whether you have unsubscribed
Why: to send you the newsletter you asked for, and to be able to show that you asked for it.
On what basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time — every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and using it is the whole of what you need to do.
Where it is held: a database in Frankfurt, Germany, run by Supabase. Emails are sent through Resend. Both hold your address only to do this job.
How long: for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of that so we do not email you again.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and shows no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics that identify you.
(Note, not a blank: if a privacy-preserving analytics tool is added later, it is named here and this sentence is revised. Nothing is installed today.)
Your rights
If you are in the EU or the UK you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to receive a copy, and to complain to your data protection authority. In the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
